PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inorganic fertilizer which can improve the physical property of soil, i.e., air permeability and water holding property, so that the productivity of soil is improved addition to the fertilizer effect of a silica-based fertilizer, and has a high efficiency in a fertilizer production process. SOLUTION: The inorganic fertilizer is produced by mixing and integrating a silica-based fertilizer and carbide. The inorganic fertilizer is produced also by mixing and integrating the above produced inorganic fertilizer and an inorganic fertilizer mainly containing at least one kind from nitrogen, phosphoric acid, and potassium. The state of integration of the fertilizer is preferably granulation. Wherein, the carbide is obtained by carbonization of combustible waste including garbage, and waste plastic, and the silica-based fertilizer is preferably a silica-based fertilizer from steel making slag.
