PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply constituted image forming device capable of executing printing processing (image forming processing) efficiently and fast no matter what kind of multiple-faced or double-sided image the document image is, and whether one-sided printing or double-sided printing is executed. SOLUTION: The image forming device comprises a first image forming means and a second image forming means for forming image data on paper based on image data read by a reading device 31. The first image forming means and the second image forming means are provided with a first intermediate tray 754 and a second intermediate tray 755 for holding paper for a while, respectively. The first and second image forming means are also provided with a first return paper carrying passage (re-printing carrying passage) 702 and a second return paper carrying passage (re-printing carrying passage) 703 for forming the image of the back side of the document image, respectively. |
