PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angular velocity sensor improved in output characteristic in which the transmission of a vibration to a tuning fork can be minimized even in the application of an external vibration in the state where no angular velocity is added to the angular velocity sensor. SOLUTION: A first rubber body 39 is allowed to abut on the upper surface of a first cover 35, and a second rubber body 36 is allowed to abut on the lower surface of a first base 32. At least four wall parts 59 are provided so as to protrude upward from the upper surface of a support plate 57, and the four side surfaces of the second rubber body 36 are positioned and fixed by the wall parts 59. |
