PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a short fiber-mixed rubber sheet obtaining a cylindrical molding having a small thickness unevenness by maintaining and finely regulating a gap of passages and capable of easily sheeting a cylindrical molding immediately after extruding by extruding the molding in which the short fiber is oriented in a circumferential direction and a die unit used therefor. SOLUTION: An apparatus 1 for manufacturing the short fiber-mixed rubber sheet comprises the die unit 10 having a cylinder 2 for kneading the short fiber and the rubber by a rotation of an extrusion screw 3, an extrusion unit 7 for moving the short fiber-mixed rubber 6 by a rotation of a mandrel 8, a distributing plate 17 housed and fixed in an outlet of a head body 14 having a rubber channel 13 bent therein to finish in the cylindrical molding 16 to radially extend toward a discharge port 15, and a regulating plate 23 for maintaining and finely regulating a gap 19 of the passages between the body 14 and the plate 17 in contact with the plate 17, and the cutting means 11 for mounting the cutting member for axially cutting to open the molding 16 at an end face of the body.
