PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diving bathometer equipped with a compass. SOLUTION: This scuba diving bathometer is provided with an azimuth display function in a part of the depth display range within a bathometer body in a mechanical bathometer. This bathometer further comprises the compass 32 using a permanent magnet formed integrally with the bathometer body as an azimuth display means in the mechanical bathometer. A projection part protruded outward is formed in the center of a transparent lid body 30 for covering the dial 12 of the bathometer, the compass 32 is arranged in the projection part by use of the permanent magnet, and the figure line of the dial 12 is displayed on the dial 12 so as to be located outward from the position of the compass 32 so as to be visually confirmable from the outside without being disturbed by the compass 32.
