PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent lowering of transmission torque, absorbing deviation of the position of a power roller due to dimensional tolerance. SOLUTION: This transmission is provided with a pair of trunnions 3L and 3R displaceable in the shaft direction and around the shaft, an actuator for driving each of the trunnions 3L and 3R in the opposite shaft directions, a pair of rotatable power rollers 1L and 1R journalled by pivot shafts 2 provided on the trunnions 3L and 3R and an upper link 4 which connects the trunnions 3L and 3R on the casing 10 side and is oscillatably supported at a center part by a link supporting member 12 disposed on the casing 10 side. The link supporting member 12 is screwed onto a bolt 17 via a positioning member 11. In the casing 10, an oblong-shaped through hole 10A is formed for inserting a bolt 17 and guiding the bolt 17 in the longitudinal direction of the upper link 4 when the bolt 17 is loosened.
