PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement an RC structure which is simple and rational in structure and has a single or few stories, and to implement a foundation structure for the RC structure. SOLUTION: According to a foundation constructing method, a pile 1 is driven into the ground, and a positional adjusting bolt 13 is attached to an upper surface of the pile 1, followed by arranging an axial reinforcement 10 along an internal peripheral surface in a hollow portion 9 at an upper end of the pile 1. Then, an intra-pile buried joint member 5 is inserted into the pile so that a load receiving member 6 of a steel column 2 is mounted on the upper surface of the pile 1, and thereafter a liner plate 15 is suitably inserted into a gap between a head of the pile 1 and the load receiving member 6, to thereby carry out fine adjustment in a height direction. Further, eccentricity between the pile 1 and the steel column 2 in the horizontal direction is finely adjusted by using the positional adjusting bolt 13, and the head of the pile 1 is connected to the load receiving member 6 of the steel column 2 via the positional adjusting bolt 13. Thereafter, concrete 8 is placed into the hollow portion 9 of the pile from a gap between the pile 1 and the steel column 2, to thereby fix the steel column 2 to the pile 1.
