PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method capable of reducing the nonspecific reaction caused by the presence of an analog and obtaining more precise clinical data- values of a test substance when it is likely that a specimen contains the test substance and its analog. SOLUTION: A process is incorporated to elute from the solid phase a complex made from between the test substance being formed on the solid phase and its binding substance or a complex made from between a marker substance having reacted with the above complex.
