PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently construct a beam in the construction of a building such as multiple dwelling house to shorten the period of construction. SOLUTION: In this method for horizontally constructing the beam 3 between columns 1 and 1, a hole 10 is preliminarily bored, when the column 1 is constructed by jump form method, in the set-scheduled position for beam reinforcement of the beam 3 to the column 1 of the form 6 of a jump form device 5 for surrounding the construction-scheduled position for the column. A beam reinforcement 11 is inserted to the hole 10 so as to protrude from the column 1 in a prescribed length, and concrete is then placed to construct the column 1. The form 6 is horizontally pulled by the protruding length of the beam reinforcement 11 or more and separated, a beam reinforcement unit 12 of a prescribed length is arranged between the opposed beam reinforcements 11 and 11, and the beam reinforcements 11 are bonded to the beam reinforcement unit 12.
