PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellently heat-resistant resin composition of a non- aqueous dispersion type. SOLUTION: This resin composition of a non-aqueous dispersion type contains a block copolymer (I) having a structure expressed in a general formula (1) below or a block copolymer (II) having a structure expressed in a general formula (2) below wherein (A) is a polymer component soluble in an organic solvent of which the main component is a petroleum-based mixed solvent or an aliphatic hydrocarbon, (B) is a polymer component insoluble in the organic solvent and (A) attaches to either or both ends of (B).
