PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of efficiently producing perbenzoylated 2'- deoxyadenosine which corrects defects of a conventional industrial method such as, an extracting operation by using a halogen-containing solvent, and a number of processes and which has no supply limit. SOLUTION: The method of efficiently producing perbenzoylated 2'- deoxyadenosine is capable of avoiding extraction operation and an essential use of a halogen-containing solvent and further simplifying washing and concentration operations accompanied by the extraction operation, and this method also corrects the defects as an industrial method and has no supply limit.
