PURPOSE: A variable valve lift device of an engine is provided to maximize the volumetric efficiency of the engine by easily forming a device for varying the lift of a valve according to the running speed of the engine. CONSTITUTION: A variable valve lift device is composed of a plurality of end pivots(1,3) for perturbing a ball joint(7,9) into a rocker arm(5) by lubricant, the rocker arm(5) having a grabbing part(13,15) contacted with the end pivots(1,3), a valve unit(21) for supplying the lubricant to the end pivots(1,3), and a control unit(25) for controlling the valve unit(21) according to an engine rpm.
