PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for sending MHTML mail only through operation on browser software without using any dedicated electronic mail software. SOLUTION: A file in HTML form on a client machine is uploaded 3 to a server machine by using the uploading function of the browser software and a file 6 in MHTML format is generated by converting file paths in the file in HTML format uploaded to the server machine into content IDs to convert the HTML source to ISO-20022-jp and then converting it to a quoted printable format; and then mail sending processing 8 is carried out according to information registered on the server machine.
