PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forcedly valve-opening device capable of forcedly opening an ordinarily closed valve, and holding it as it is. SOLUTION: This forcedly valve-opening device for an ordinarily closed valve comprises combination of the ordinarily closed valve, and a manual valve- opening jig for forcedly opening this ordinarily closed valve manually. The manual valve-opening jig is provided with a forcedly valve-opening attachment which can be detachably engaged with a connector sleeve integrally provided with an actuation rod of the ordinarily closed valve, a rotating member having a cylindrical surface to be applied to an operation base set to cover a housing of the ordinarily closed valve, and a forcedly valve-opening attachment pivotally attached to an eccentric position from around the center of the cylindrical center toward the connector sleeve, and an operation member to operate the rotating member to rotate as the forcedly valve-opening attachment is engaged with the connector sleeve, and with the cylindrical surface of the rotating member applied to the operation base.
