PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boot for a universal joint having a prolonged life and excellent durability. SOLUTION: By enlarging the forming angle 21 of a boot 11 (a cross angle of the central axis 30 of a first fixing part 12 and that axis 32 of a second fixing part 13) larger than zero degree, the strain to be charged to the bellows part 14 of the boot is reduced when a steering is in the vicinity of its neutral position.
