PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil stopper for bearings, a bearing using its stopper, and a motor using its bearing capable of miniaturizing the motor that uses a thrust bearing and the oil stopper. SOLUTION: A stator coil 8 is fixedly arranged in an outer periphery of a bearing housing 2, and a rotor 9 is bonded on a rotary shaft 4. The rotor 9 is formed by a hollow cylinder in which a magnetic body is used and one side is cut off, and a ring magnet 10 opposing to the stator coil 8 is fixed in an inner periphery of an opening end side by press fitting or bonding and the like. Further, the oil stopper 11 containing permanent magnet material is bonded on the inner periphery opposing to the rotor of the bearing housing 2 by press fitting or bonding and the like while maintaining a little clearance to the rotor 4.
