PURPOSE: Feeding and composting methods of food waste using high speed vacuum fermentation drier are provided, which makes disposal of food wastes smoothly, prevents bad smell, and yields good quality animal feed. CONSTITUTION: The composting method is as follows: pouring food waste into a hopper(1) and carrying it to a screw conveyor belt to crush waste; dehydrating; vacuum drying in high speed from low speed; storing dried waste temporarily in a tank(6); fermenting for 12-13days in a fermentor(7), wherein fermentation is processed by decomposing saccharide and amino aid at 40deg.C, decomposing undegradable materials such as cellulose, hemicellulose, pectin, etc. continuously at 50-60deg.C, and discharging left undegradable organics and aging at less than 40deg.C.; removing impurities from fermented waste. The feeding method includes the following steps in addition to the above composting method: crushing fermented food waste removing impurities; separating metal impurities(iron powder) from waste by magnetic separator; mixing with assorted feed; pelletizing; cooling and packing. |
