PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded article with biodegradability, and a recording medium excellent in an ink absorbing property, water resistance or the like. SOLUTION: A transparent and homogeneous polysaccharide/inorganic composite can be obtained from a polysaccharide and an inorganic oxide. It can be formed into a molded article through an intermediate which is soluble in a general purpose organic solvent, and it is particularly useful as a recording medium. |
