PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydroforming die device and a hydroforming device capable of reducing the costs of a die and facilities and shortening a set-up time. SOLUTION: A hydroforming die device A is provided with a cavity 15 in which a work W is arranged, a die in which insert parts 16 communicating with the cavity are provided in side parts, and shaft press devices 20 which are installed so as to oppose to the insert parts of this die and in which pressure liquid passages are provided inside part and seal parts to the work inside of the die and shaft pressure parts of the work are provided. A hydroforming die device B is provided with this hydroforming die device, a press device which clamps the die of this hydroforming die device, and a shaft press cylinder device 40 which is closely arranged to the hydroforming die device and shaft-presses a shaft press part of a shaft press rod device toward the work.
