PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser marking device capable of protecting an irradiation part for emitting a laser beam and emitting the laser beam to all directions of 360 deg. without moving the device. SOLUTION: In this laser marking device to be set on a floor surface in a construction site or the like to form an marking line by the emission of laser beam to the floor surface, a ceiling surface or a wall surface, irradiation parts 3, 4 and 5 provided on an marking device body to emit the laser beam to all directions of 360 deg. are arranged protrusively from a case body 1 for housing the marking device body 2, and a cover member 6 for covering the irradiation parts 3, 4 and 5 is mounted on the case body 1. An opening part 11 is formed on the circumferential surface of the cover member 6 in parallel to the emitting direction of the laser beam to emit the laser beam through the opening part 11.
