INSPECTION GAUGE BODY, MACHINED HOLE QUALITY JUDGMENT DEVICE, AND REFERENCE HOLE QUALITY JUDGMENT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and surely judge the quality of inside dimension of a machined hole (reference hole) provided on a workpiece and automatically inspect not only the quality of the inside dimension of the machined hole (reference hole) but also the quality of the position of the machined hole (reference hole). SOLUTION: A pin gauge 10 comprises a diameter contracted part 18 and diameter extended part 20 formed through a tapered part 16 on one end part thereof. The pin gauge is installed to an automatic inspection device 22 to judge the quality of a through-hole 14 on the basis of the moving quantity of the expansion rod 48B of a pin gauge lifting cylinder 48 (managed by an upper end sensor 56 and a lower end sensor 58) and the moving quantity of the pin gauge 10 (managed by a first sensor 50 and a second sensor 52). Accordingly, the complicatedness of the inspection process can be solved to perform a one hundred percent inspection in a short time.
