PURPOSE: A device for controlling photosensitivity of head lamp upward lights is provided to control photosensitivity of the head lamp upward lights through a PWM control using an MOS-FET. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling photosensitivity of head lamp upward lights includes a DRL unit(50). The DRL unit has a micom(52). When a switch(58) of the head lamp upward lights(60,62) is operated, a power source of a battery(54) is transmitted to the head lamp upward lights through a relay(56) of the head lamp upward lights to turn on the head lamp upward lights. The DRL unit supplies current transmitted from the battery to the head lamp upward lights through the relay of the head lamp upward lights. The micom of the DRL unit controls the supply of power source to the head lamp upward lights through a PWM control according to amplitude of signal wave using an MOS-FET.
