摘要 PURPOSE: A high speed charging method in blast furnace operation is provided to prevent level drop of charging materials according to charging of center coke into the blast furnace center during high productivity operation by preventing charging delay and shortening charging time of subsequent charging materials. CONSTITUTION: The high speed charging method in blast furnace operation comprises the steps of setting waiting position angles of a rotation chute per charging ores to input waiting positions of the rotation chute before charging per charging ores; setting charging proceeding directions starting charging per directions of the rotation chute during charging per charging ores; and switching a selection switch selecting charging completion signals per the charging ores as the number of revolutions or weighing detection values, wherein the direction of the rotation chute is a forward or reverse direction, the method further comprises the step of connecting an electric signal communication controller(90), a top PLC(70) and a weighing PLC(80) to a process computer(100) so as to confirm charging notches and set number of revolutions per charging ores before setting waiting position angles of the rotation chute, and the method further comprises the step of displaying the charging notches and number of revolutions on a monitor through the process computer so as to confirm the charging notches and number of revolutions per charging ores after connecting the electric signal communication controller, top PLC and weighing PLC to the process computer.
