SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of multiple reduction of strip along thickness in grooved horizontal rolls; after achieving relation of strip width to its thickness equal to 15-19, reducing strip along width in grooved vertical rolls at percentage reduction (1.2-2.2)%; then going on strip reduction in grooved horizontal rolls until its final thickness.
