PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a hoist so as to enable a rattan blind to be rolled up for storage in a good-looking manner. SOLUTION: A hook member 1, added to the conventional hoist 4 exclusive to a rattan blind 2, can be attached to/detached from a lower crosspiece 22 of the rattan blind 2, and a free end 33 of a pull cord is bound for fixation to the hook member 1. When an intermediate part 32 of the pull cord is drawn downward, the rattan blind 2 is put into an approximately two-fold state.
