PURPOSE: Provided is an aerobic exercise instrument for an upper body which adjusts a handle and a seat in all directions by users' body shape so that it enables to exercise the upper body in an aerobic way stably. CONSTITUTION: The aerobic exercise instrument for the upper body comprises the parts of: the seat(29) which is moved in all directions on a seat base frame in a base frame(B); a swing arm(D) which is placed at the seat to move along 3-dimensional oval track; a fly wheel which is connected to an angel speed adjuster and a tool to obtain 3-dimensional oval track; a chain driving tool which connects a first rotation axis and a second rotation axis; a universal joint which is placed between the second rotation axis and a third rotation axis; a fourth rotation axis which is matched to a first and a second bevel gear(8); a universal joint(11) which is placed between a fifth rotation axis; a crank(13) which is fixed at the fifth rotation axis and connected to a first link(15) and a ball joint at the other edge; the first link which connects a first vertical link(16) and a (+)-typed joint(17) at one edge and a second link(19) by a ball joint(18) at the other edge; the second link which connects a second vertical link(21) and a (+)-typed joint(20) at the other edge; and the handle(24) which is adjusted in all directions at the front edge of the second link.
