PURPOSE: A shock absorber testing jig is provided to allow for a wide variety of shock absorber performance tests by coupling the support portion and stopper portion at the state where the circular mounting portion of shock absorber is connected to the stopper portion and support portion. CONSTITUTION: A shock absorber testing jig comprises a stopper portion(13) having an end which gets caught at both sides of a circular mounting portion of a shock absorber, and the other end which is connected to an actuator(23) of a testing apparatus; a support portion(15) mounted to be slidable to the stopper portion, and which supports the circular mounting portion of the shock absorber; and a coupling member(17) for coupling the support portion and the stopper portion, in such a manner that the support portion and the stopper portion hold the circular mounting portion. The stopper portion includes an accommodation section(25) for accommodating the circular mounting portion; an elevating section(27) for guiding elevation of the support portion; a coupling section(29) where the coupling member coupled to the support portion penetrates so as to fix the support portion to a predetermined height of the elevating section; and a connecting section(31) connected to the actuator.
