PURPOSE: A panel is provided with level control in installing them on unflat floor and durability in assembling them. CONSTITUTION: The level controllable panel is shaped into square by arranging in a row many cylindrical bodies opened at a lower part. The panel has the first combining part composed of combining-rib and screw-groove at least one at a point on one side of opposite sides, the second combining part composed of inserting groove of combining-rib of the first one corresponding with the above first one, and screw-groove making groove coupled with above screw-groove on the other side, the first cylindrical support member(20) with screw-part(21) inside of an opened lower part and a combining groove(22) to couple with such upper part at an opened lower part of cylindrical body of above panel, and the first level controlling member(30) composed of cylindrical body(31) with screw-part(31a) along its circumference to couple with screw-part(21) at a lower part of the first support and extended-rib(32) with driver inserting groove(32a) from center of upper part of the above body at constant width.
