PURPOSE: To provide an inexpensive driving circuit which can reduce the variation of output current between adjacent driving circuits, and to provide a constant-current driving device which uses the circuit. CONSTITUTION: This circuit is equipped with a 1st current mirror circuit 10 which outputs multiple output currents corresponding to an inputted reference current and a 2nd current mirror circuit 20 which outputs the output current of the final stage of the 1st current mirror 10 after converting its polarity.
