PURPOSE: A reverse torque control apparatus of an automatic/manual folder type mobile terminal is provided to control a reverse torque mechanically without providing a separate voltage. CONSTITUTION: A predetermined friction plate(44) is mounted coaxially to a driving shaft(45) of a reduction module(40) for controlling a reverse torque when a terminal is a manual mode. Since, in the existing reduction module, a spring/cam torque is larger than the reverse torque, a gear reverse phenomenon is generated. So, in order to prevent from generating the gear reverse phenomenon, the friction plate is mounted in contact with the outside of the circumference surface of the reduction module(40) to increase the reverse torque. At this time, the friction plate(44) can be made of plastic materials by considering the material of the reduction module.
