PURPOSE: A scrubber dust collection improving apparatus of a rotary kiln is provided to smoothen flow of a flue gas in a scrubber of the rotary kiln and improve collection capability of dust contained in the flue gas. CONSTITUTION: The scrubber dust collection improving apparatus of a rotary kiln comprises a dust collection part in which a dust collection lattice plate is fixed to a support to move a flue gas generated in the rotary kiln; hot water spray control units which are installed at both sides of the dust collection lattice plate; steam jet control units which are installed in front of the dust collection lattice plate with being spaced apart from each other in a certain distance; and a controller controlling hot water control valves(143) of the hot water spray control units according to detection values of a dust measuring meter(300) installed on a stack(124), wherein the hot water spray control unit comprises a hot water transfer pipe(140) at one side of which the hot water control valve(143) is installed, and which is equipped with a plurality of hot water spray nozzles, and a cover which is installed on the upper part of the hot water transfer pipe(140), the front part of the hot water spray nozzles is formed in a bellows shape, the steam jet control unit comprises a steam transfer pipe(170) at one side of which a steam control valve(171) is installed, and which is equipped with a plurality of steam jet nozzles, and pressure detection sensors(172) which are installed in front and rear of the dust collection lattice plate, and the steam jet nozzles are formed in a trumpet shape and arranged in three rows so that steam is jet from the steam jet nozzles in three directions, and the jet nozzles of first and third rows are symmetrical each other.
