<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor having advantages that a display fitting part requires to be projected only slightly from the surface of a casing member, and that an information processor formed such that the display plane of a planar display serves as a part of the casing member can be made thinner. SOLUTION: The information processor (electronic camera, or the like) comprises an opening part 12 for fitting a display made in a casing member (casing cover) 11 surrounding the body 10, and a planar display (LCD unit, or the like) 13 fitted in the opening part 12 such that the screen A is exposed to the outside wherein the display 13 comprises a planar display element (LCD, or the like) 20 and a fitting member 30. The fitting member 30 is formed of a thin member, e.g. a thin metal plate, continuous to a section 31 for containing and holding the display element 20 and has a circumferential edge part 32 disposed to expose the surface from the opening part 12 of the casing member 1 along with the display plane A while covering the circumferential edge part thereof.</p> |
