PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink assembly and a heat sink, which can precisely recognize positioning information. SOLUTION: Since a positioning hole 25 is at a position, biased on the plate surface of the heat sink 21, the side or the angle of the heat sink 21 can be specified uniquely. Thus, the prescribed direction of a printed wiring board 70, where the heat sink 21 is arranged can be displayed, and arrived light, can reach the printed wiring board 70 without reflection. Thus, the existence of the positioning hole 25 can be made clear. Consequently, effect of precisely recognizing positioning information is given by the positioning hole 25, even if gloss where light is easily reflected exists on the surface of the heat sink 21. |
