PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mouse pad hardly causing positional deviation during an operation, hardly being hooked to a hand or a sleeve even while being operated and hardly being affected by a temperature, and capable of surely operating a mouse without becoming an obstacle. SOLUTION: The mouse pad 2, is obtained by adhering cotton cloth 4 consisting of a fabric woven from the cotton thread of No.10 to 30 yarn count with a moisture keeping property to the surface of an elastic sponge-like urethane foam 6. The total thickness of the foam 6 and the cotton cloth 4 is 1 to 3 mm.
