PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the shutter fitting structure, facilitate the assembling by reducing the number of parts items, and reduce the resistance when inserting a key in a lock provided with a shutter to be opened and closed by inserting the key in a back surface of a cap provided with a keyhole. SOLUTION: In this lock provided with a keyhole with a shutter, an upper end of a cylinder lock main body 1 is provided with a housing part 2 provided with a curved surface 7 at a part of a bottom part thereof, and a key insertion hole 8 communicating with a lock mechanism provided inside the main body is opened in the curved surface. The shutter 3 having an inverted L-shape cross section and provided with a vertical piece 9 and a lateral piece 10 is fitted in the housing part 2, and the vertical piece 9 of the shutter is pushed by a spring 4 from a back surface side to shut over the key insertion hole in usual. A cap 5 formed with a keyhole 11 opened at the same position with the insertion hole 8 is installed in the upper end of the cylinder lock main body, and a back surface of the cap and the lateral piece are brought in pressure-contact with each other to hold the sealing condition of the keyhole. When inserting the key into the keyhole, the lateral piece is displaced in the vertical direction and the shutter is moved backward, against the energization by the spring.
