POLYORGANOSILOXANE FOAMING MATERIAL, FOAMED PRODUCT AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyorganosiloxane foaming material which can form a foamed product having uniform and minute cells by a simple device; and a foamed product obtained by heating the foaming material. SOLUTION: The polyorganosiloxane foaming material comprises (A) a silanol group-having polyorganosiloxane which has at least two hydroxyl groups bound to a silicon atom in the molecule and has an average polymerization degree of 10-3,000; (B) a polyorganohydrogen siloxane which has at least three hydrogen atoms bound to a silicon atom in the molecule; (C) a catalyst for accelerating a dehydrogenation reaction; (D) a microcapsule which has a shell wall made of an organic resin having a softening point of 50-150 deg.C; and (E) a melted silica. The foamed product can be obtained by heating the material. The method is a method for producing the same.
