PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas mixing method and a gas mixing device to improve the mixing of difference kinds of gases and realize uniform flow velocity distribution and to provide a burner to realize premixed lean fuel combustion. SOLUTION: Second gas, such as fuel gas (G) alone, air (E) alone, or air-fuel premixture (f) of air and fuel gas is caused to flow in a direction crossing first gas by using a second passage part (a fuel passage part 16), a rectifying means (an orifice 34), a nozzle part (24) and the like into the first gas, such as air (E) alone, fuel gas (G) alone, or air fuel premixture (f) of air and fuel gas, flowing in a specified direction by using a first passage part (an air passage part 14), and a rectifying means (a passage hole 20), to generate air-fuel mixture (F). A gas mixing method or a gas mixing device described above is provided. A burner to burn the air-fuel mixture is realized, the mixture of different kinds of gases is improved, uniform flow velocity distribution can be realized, and in the burner, premixed lean fuel combustion can be realized.
