SOLUTION: A temperature detecting means 21 detects the ambient temperature of the light emitting diode 14. A control means 41 supplies the current having a value not more than the permissible current value of the light emitting diode 14 to the light emitting diode corresponding to the temperature data outputted from the temperature detecting means 21 to light the light emitting diode 14.
