PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiver by which a user can more ingeniously utilize various broadcast information items. SOLUTION: The receiver that is used being connected to a printer is provided with a function that executes an image capture processing (step S104) for storing image data of a still picture in a broadcast program, a function that executes supply of print data resulting from utilizing the image data stored by the image capture processing to the printer (step S105), and other functions.
