PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing material composition having excellent weather resistance, stain resistance, water-resistant adhesion and heat resistance. SOLUTION: This sealing composition is characterized in that the composition contains (b) 10-300 pts.wt. filler based on (a) 100 pts.wt. acrylic ester copolymer containing 5-70 wt.% (meth)acrylic ester monomer unit having a cyclohexyl structure at the ester part based on the whole amount of the constituting units, having a reactive group reactable with a cross-linking agent or a self-cross- linkable reactive group at least at one terminal of the polymer, and further having <=10 deg.C glass transition temperature.
