摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate relative positioning adjustment of a spindle motor and a guide shaft with high-accuracy, in a traverse mechanism of an optical disk apparatus. SOLUTION: In the traverse mechanism of the optical disk apparatus in which a spindle motor 3 having a turntable 33 on which an optical disk is mounted and a guide shaft 41 which moves an optical pickup with a radial direction of the optical disk are disposed on a chassis 2 as a supporting substrate, the guide shaft 41 is fixed to the chassis 2 between conical head-surfaces of a pair of right and left countersunk screws 110 and 120 screwed onto the chassis 2; and the guide shaft 41 is configured so as to be capable of moving with a prescribed direction, by rotating the countersunk screws 110 and 120.
