PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely identify an individual automobile in an optional time. SOLUTION: An identification information transmitter 10 is provided with a wireless transmitter receiver, a control part connected to the transmitter receiver, and a transmitter receiver secondary battery supplying electric power to the transmitter receiver and the control part. The transmitter receiver secondary battery is charged by means of a charging circuit 14 while using electric power generated by an automobile secondary battery. The control part is provided with an internal memory storing automobile identification information. The identification information transmitter 10 is fixed in an automobile 1. After the identification information transmitter 10 is installed and the internal memory in the control part stores the automobile identification information, the transmitter receiver is set to be always in a receipt waiting condition excepting a communication time to transmit the automobile identification information stored in the internal memory to the outside under a predetermined condition.
