PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve the problem of the conventional terminal devices that they lack strength stability in terminal parts and especially lack certainty in rotational torque, and that they are not practicable for application to a small- sized one due to their structural complexities. SOLUTION: A terminal device for an electronic apparatus, which is satisfactory in rotation preventing function to the rotational torque at a terminal part and is satisfactory in setup work by preventing deterioration of the functions of the terminal part, caused by human error and by making it into a structurally simple constitution, and is high in operability, and is capable of price reduction, too, is provided by providing a terminal device for the electronic apparatus, where a terminal block 3 for internal insulation and a terminal block 2 for outer insulation are arranged in the inside and on the outside of an opening 6c square in cross section of an outer casing case 6 and a recess and a projection square in cross section are fitted severally to them and the terminal block 3 for internal insulation, the outer casing case 6, and the terminal block 2 for external insulation are caught with the collar of a rod for external lead out 1, a nut 4, and a plain washer 5.
