PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance durability of a vane and suppress occurrence of vibration and noise in the vane. SOLUTION: The equipment comprises a vane support part that is rotationally supported, and a plurality of vanes 21 formed, by being projected radially outward at plural positions in the circumferential direction of the vane support part. The vane 21 is comprised of a first vane element, extending radially outward from a first fixing position p1 on the vane support part, a second vane element extending radially outward from a second fixing position p2 on the vane support part, and of a third vane element coupling the first and the second vane elements. The first and the second vane elements are formed, by being projected radially outward from the vane support part, while being connected by the third vane element, which enables suppression of damage to the vane 21 sustained when receiving force from outside, etc., thus enhancing the durability of the vane 21.
