<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid-cooling system or a personal computer provided with the structure, in which a heating body at a high temperature, such as a semiconductor element, etc., used to small and thin electronic devices, can be cooled at a small power consumption. SOLUTION: A reciprocating pump, a heat-receiving jacket, a radiant pipe, pipes for connecting those parts are arranged into a closed loop, which is filled with a cooling liquid. If a volume change resulting from reciprocation is taken asΔVp, a pressure produced in the volume changeΔVp is taken as P, and a volume change produced under the pressure P of the cooling system except the pump is taken asΔVs,ΔVs is set at leastΔVp.</p> |
