<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas conduit having flexibility and rigidity while maintaining the conduction resistance of a gas fluid passed through the inside thereof at a low value. SOLUTION: This gas conduit for passing the gas fluid G therein comprises a bellows-shaped corrugated tube 1 having a plurality of projected parts 3 projected inward and a plurality of groove parts 4 formed between the plurality of projected parts 3. The projected end faces 3A of the projected parts 3 are formed in the smooth surfaces of a same inner diameter comprising a generating line parallel with the axis X1 of the corrugated tube 1. Connection parts 3C for connecting the side faces 3B of the projected parts 3 to the projected end faces 3A of the projected parts 3 are formed in rectangular shapes.</p> |
