PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof snow-melting method and its device capable of promoting snow-melting efficiency of snow in the lower partial snow-melting area by melting the snow in the lower partial snow-melting area of the inclination of a roof into sherbet with snow-water in the upper partial snow-melting area and reducing a waste of power consumption since power is alternately supplied to each of a group of snow-melting areas at regular intervals.
