SOLUTION: Information on an instruction, addressee information, a text of e-mail, distributing data, and an attaching file sent from enterprises 10-1 to 10-N is controlled in a batch processing server 50. The desired data is attached to the e-mail on the basis of the instruction, the addressee information, the text of the e-mail, the distributing data, and an attaching file instruction controlled in the batch processing server 50, and is distributed to user terminals 40-1 to 40-n via the Internet by a mail distributing server 60.
