SOLUTION: The ticket machine 1 confirms whether the card may be recovered in the case the residual value of the card is zero when issuing a ticket in exchange for the value of the card charged into the ticket machine, and recovers the card when recovery is selected, and carries out card return processing when return is selected. The spent card whose residual value is zero can thereby be recovered rapidly from a person who regards it as useless. This can prevent the scattering of media around the device.</p> |
