PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underfloor ventilating fan capable of providing satisfactory workability of assembly and an excellent maintenance property and facilitating the disassembly when repairing it. SOLUTION: This underfloor ventilating fan 1 consists of a cross flow fan 2, a motor 3 rotating and driving the fan 2, a stabilizer 4 covering an upper part of the fan 2, a guide roll 6 covering a lower part of the fan 2, and two side plates 6 arranged on right and left side faces and holding the motor 3 on one side and the fan 2 through a bearing on the other side. A plurality of mounting holes 7 or a plurality of bar rings 8 are formed in the stabilizer 4 and the guide roll 5, respectively, a plurality of bar rings 8 or a plurality of mounting holes 7 are formed in two side plates 6, and the stabilizer 4 and the guide roll 5 and two side plates 6 are tightened by screws and are assembled.
